Duplicate bones

A character bone is assigned more than once! Each assigned bone needs to be unique.

This message indicates that you have the same bone assigned two or more times in the metadata.json. This can happen if the metadata.json was:

not generated by the addon
tempered with after the addon
generated by the addon despite the built-in guardrail that should prevent this

Please generate the metadata.json with the addon and double-check the metadata.json if possible to make sure that the same bone was not assigned twice.
